Bruce utilizes his 25 years of business acumen in understanding client needs and then surpassing expectations. A strategic thinker, creative problem solver and accomplished communicator, Bruce has participated in the execution of various research studies and client projects.

Prior to joining the Academica team, Bruce held progressively responsible portfolios in corporate  business development. A consistent passion has been the long-term skill development of people and the learning culture within organizations. Internationally, Bruce was instrumental in the development and implementation of leading-edge training within Canada, the US, Europe and Asia.

Bruce holds a B.Sc. from the University of Guelph with a major in Business & Economics.
