Survey Management Software™ (SMS™)

Ten years ago, on the forefront of online research, Academica invested in the development of our own proprietary Survey Management System^TM (SMS^TM). Our SMS^TM is a survey design and hosting application that has undergone continual improvements to meet our clients changing needs. This application can accommodate all question formats and all programming requirements, and has been used to administered online surveys to nearly 500,000 respondents annually.

Focus Group Facility

Located at our head office in London, Ontario, (Canada), our focus group facility offers seating for 12 participants and eight in the viewing room. Complete multimedia capabilities as well as video and audio recording are available.

Call Centre

Located at our head office in London, Ontario, (Canada), our 24-station call centre provides both day-time and night-time calling across the continent. Using our Survey Management Software™ (SMS™), our highly trained callers conduct computer-assited surveys on a non-internet linked system (protecting the contact information of potential respondents) that does not make use of an auto-dialer (avoids the tell-tale pause and improves response rates). Our call centre regularly conducts large scale surveys (approximately 5,000 to 10,000 respondents) that exceed industry standards.
