They're deliberately seeking students who have "concerns about their drinking" to complete the survey, and they're surprised when the survey shows "numerous cases of students drinking excessively" ??? Sounds like a very scientific study.

Aug 4, 2010 Online education vastly increases number of foreign students
Submitted by Vicky Busch (not verified) on Wed, 2010-08-04 10:44.
Clearly, an international education is beyond possibility for more than an inconsequential number of students around the world seeking higher education. Providing financial incentives might sway a few who already have the financial means to be considering education abroad to select Canada over another country. But to make any notable difference, Canadian governments need to promote an alternative model of international education that will vastly improve access to Canadian higher education.
Canadian universities offer hundreds of degrees completely online or through distance education, allowing top foreign students to start or complete a Canadian education while remaining in their home countries and paying their own health and other costs. Education online can vastly, more economically, and more quickly increase the number of foreign students studying at Canadian universities, thus preparing them either for future immigration, integration and employment in Canada, or to be future friends and partners of Canada as they contribute to development and prosperity in their home communities around the world.
