Colleges Ontario outlines election priorities

Colleges Ontario has created a page on its website dedicated to the upcoming provincial election in October. The page features a summary of platform commitments regarding higher education, as well as links to contact information for candidates. Among the measures Colleges Ontario is calling for are guaranteeing that two-thirds of credits are recognized when a college student transfers to university, raising college funding to the national average, and broadening apprenticeship opportunities by having colleges administer the apprenticeship system.
