$59 million for 61 research chairs in Ontario

The federal government announced Tuesday a $58.6-million investment in 61 new or renewed Canada Research Chairs at 14 universities across Ontario. Through this funding, the chairs will be able to conduct further research in areas such as natural sciences, health sciences, engineering, social sciences, and humanities.
