Attack at Queen's residence

April 14, 2009

A first-year Queen's University student has been charged with one count each of forcible entry and assault following an attack inside a campus residence early Sunday morning. The accused entered an unlocked residence room and was told by the student inside to leave. The attacker returned and hit the victim with both fists and spat on him. Police say the accused had no reason for assaulting the victim, another first-year student. Late last month, a sexual assault reportedly took place at a Queen's residence. Kingston Whig-Standard
