May 6, 2019

The British Columbia Institute of Technology has opened the Summit Centre, an on-campus entrepreneurship hub established in collaboration with the BCIT Student Association. According to BCIT, the space will enable students to start, grow, and scale their ventures; access resources; work with coaches and mentors; explore opportunities to partner with other organizations; and strengthen their education. “Regardless of the program that students are enrolled in, entrepreneurship skills are valuable for success in an ever-evolving workforce. This joint initiative with BCIT creates a resourceful environment to empower students in further growth, innovation, and success in their future,” said Student Association President Timothy David.
