The importance of preparing the next generation of university presidents

In light of an “epidemic of presidents really struggling,” Rosanna Tamburri discusses the importance of properly preparing the next generation of university presidents for the role. “Transitions are crucial,” comments University of Saskatchewan President Peter Stoicheff. “The note you strike, the directions that you set, the tone that you put out there in the first six months, it’s hard to change that.
