Nipissing University is investigating a student-teacher who allegedly raised doubts about the Holocaust to a middle-school class. According to the Globe and Mail, the student-teacher told a far-right discussion forum he was a University of Toronto graduate studying to become a teacher at another Ontario university when he boasted about the episode. “We will continue to strive to create an environment that is inclusive, diverse, welcoming and safe,” said a statement from the university’s senior administration. “We want to reinforce that there is no room for bigotry, intolerance, and racism at Nipissing University.” Globe and Mail (1) | Globe and Mail (2) [ON]
