Report gives Ottawa failing grade on PSE funding for Aboriginals

A new audit says the federal government is not tracking how it spends over $300 million a year on PSE for native students. The internal report says the lack of oversight means Ottawa does not know exactly how the money is spent or how many students are turned down for funding each year.
