Ryerson opens new state-of-the-art kitchen lab

Ryerson University celebrated the grand opening of the new Cara Demonstration Kitchen and Common Room yesterday.  The new facility serves as a lab, classroom, and restaurant, and will be used by students attending the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.  The new lab was named for Cara Operations, a catering company that has been a generous donor to the program.  Ryerson News Release
