A Memorandum of Understanding between Saskatchewan Polytechnic and Universidad Cuauhtémoc in Mexico will enable eight Culinary Arts students to study in Aguascalientes, Mexico. A SaskPolytech release states that students will attend classes, tour restaurants and food operations, and immerse themselves in Mexican culture and cuisine during the trip. "Saskatchewan Polytechnic believes in the value of collaboration and partnership," said SaskPolytech President Larry Rosia. "This is an exciting international relationship with Universidad Cuauhtémoc. We look forward to hearing about our students’ Culinary Arts experiences in Mexico and tasting a few of the recipes they bring back to Canada!” SaskPolytech [SK]
