February 12, 2018

Four professors from the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue will be studying how forests adapt to climate change starting this spring, thanks to a $1.8M grant from the Canadian government. Never yet studied on such a large scale by UQAT professors, this project will be undertaken by all the professors of l'Institut de recherche sur les forêts. The project will include real-time forest monitoring and experimental planting techniques. UQAT
