Western delays return to in-person classes

Western University has announced that it will delay the start of in-person classes until February 21st due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Ontario. Virtual classes will begin as planned this week. A small number of clinical learning programs in health sciences and medicine will be allowed to begin in-person sessions, as well as a limited number of non-health related programs. Western will also be staggering student return to residences, with a small number who have previously arranged travel or personal circumstances given permission to return. Western | Global News (ON)
